They do what they claim! These probiotics are a lifesaver! I was dealing with chronic yeast infections and urinary tract infections due to low oestrogen. So far, so good! I was introduced to this after experiencing recurring yeast infections that affected me mentally and physically. I had been on other probiotic supplements before with minimal relief. After nearly two months on this, the infections have not returned. I haven’t experienced side effects and find the capsules easy to consume. Although the packaging seems a bit excessive, if it alleviates my discomfort, it’s worth it.

Will forever be purchasing! This is my tried-and-true vaginal probiotic! I've been using it for years. Excellent quality—it really works! It helps with odour, excessive discharge, pH imbalance, and keeps yeast infections at bay. It has all the boxes checked that I look for: at least 50 billion CFU, 12 strains (ideally lab tested), targets urinary health, and has minimal added ingredients. What sets it apart is the yeast digesting enzymes, making it worth the price.
